The human touch in AI-Human interactions.

Spice changed from the AI-native app to a social-community app. During our research and initial testing, I realized that most listeners are more drawn to the community aspect of a podcast - listening to others' stories and be inspired by others.

Wearing multiple design hats in a startup.

Being the first and only product designer at the team in a pre-seeded startup means I was designing beyond traditional product designer's responsibility, touching up product strategy, user research, motion design, and marketing. It was demanding yet inspiring for me to learn new design and prototyping skills, leveraging skills from interaction design to product strategy.
